Shiatsu Therapy

Shiatsu is a therapeutic massage and acupressure therapy. Direct rhythmic pressure, meridian therapy, passive stretching and joint mobilisation is used to restore the balance of energy in your body, release muscle tension and promote deep relaxation.

Oriental Dietary Therapy

Dietary Therapy is an important branch of Traditional Chinese Medicine, offering an individualised approach to nutrition and healthy eating using food as everyday medicine.

Yoga

Yoga is a holistic health practice that brings free flow and balance to the mind, body and spirit. Yoga is much more than asana (physical movement postures); essential to yoga practice is mindful breath work and meditation.
